On September 12, our French Immersion students enjoyed an engaging trip to the Village Historique Acadien. Students toured the site to learn about daily life in the past, including how schools once operated, and they noticed how homes changed over time as they walked through the village. The day also included some fun outdoor playtime at the park.
Highlights included:
- Sitting inside an old-fashioned schoolhouse
- Observing the ducks by the water
- Exploring homes from different time periods
It was a wonderful mix of history, culture, and community.
